Andy Keller:  Vice President of Business Development/Sales Director-MIDWEST

As the Vice President of Business Development, Andy leads our team of Sales Directors.  His many years as both an equipment manager and a sales director have helped Andy to bring the ISS difference to new clients across the United States.

Bryan Valladares:  Sales Director-MID-ATLANTIC
  • Graduate of Alfred University in Alfred, NY
  • Two years as Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine
  • One and a half years as Men’s and Women’s Assistant Lacrosse Coach at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York
  • Two years as head equipment manager at Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania
  • Seven years as Director of Athletic Equipment Services at Lafayette College in Easton, PA
  • Four years as the First Assistant for the Men’s Lacrosse program at Lafayette College
  • Four years as Sales Director of the Mid-Atlantic region for Integrated Sports Specialties

Bryan’s knowledge in the technical fields of equipment and facilities management has given him the ability to give his clients what they require. His coaching experience and attention to detail provide him a unique ability to problem- solve for his teams and schools.

Mark Litsky:  Sales Director-NORTHEAST
Andrew Weaver: Sales Director- WEST COAST

A graduate of Washington State University, Andrew brings vast Equipment Management experience to the ISS team.  Andrew has worked in equipment rooms at both the college and professional sports levels and will bring his talent and techinal expertise to Equipment Managers across the entirety of the West Coast.

Jason Nance: Sales Director- SOUTHEAST

  • Graduate Assistant Equipment Manager, University of Southern Mississippi, 2 years.

  • Assistant and Head Football Equipment Manager at the University of Minnesota, 7 years
  • Director of Equipment Operations for Olympic Sports at the University of Alabama, 8 years.

After earning his Master's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1999, Jason has experience in the Big Ten and SEC working for both football and Olympic Sports.  Jason brings his Equipment Management experience as well as his specialty in room design and problem solving to his new role with ISS in the Southeast.

Austin Neal: Sales Director- SOUTHWEST

With his in depth knowledge of the Equipment Management industry and his tireless efforts to always get the job done, Austin joins the ISS team and hopes to bring the best laundry products and service in the industry to the region that he calls home.

Mark Litsky, President

The founder of what is today ISS, Mark has been involved in the laundry business his entire career. He started working in his grandparents commercial laundry until 1977 when his family purchased Vend Pak Industries which got him involved in the chemical side of the business. In 1992 Mark purchased the company from his father, and transformed the business. From KISS Industries to Tri-State Laundry to ISS, Mark has been instrumental in the company's growth and expansion into other areas of the company's business including laundry room facilities design and equipment room storage systems. He stays actively involved with clients by still remaining as sales director for ISS's Northeastern Territory.

Theresa Bardes, Operations Manager

Theresa is responsible for the order processing, accounting and billing functions of ISS while serving as the company's key contact with our various vendor relationships.

Ryan Healey, Marketing Director

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Ryan came to ISS in 2013 with a background in marketing and public relations.  Ryan helps to expand company business by exhibiting ISS's dynamic services to the athletic laundry marketplace.  He has overseen the production of the ISS website and directs the company's social media strategy.
